Player auction software for sports tournaments
A player auction lets team owners build squads by bidding for registered players. LeagueCraft connects tournament registration, team management, the auction manager and a live auction dashboard in one workspace.
Prepare players and teams before bidding
Complete player registration and check the eligible player list. Confirm the participating teams, available budgets, minimum bids and squad limits before starting. Tell owners how unsold players and interrupted bidding will be handled so the auction can proceed consistently.
Run the auction from the tournament workspace
Create or select your tournament, enable its auction utility and prepare the team list. Sign in to use the auction manager and record the auction outcomes. The live auction dashboard gives signed-in viewers a dedicated screen for following the auction.
Use a clear bidding process
Call one player at a time, announce the current bid clearly and confirm the winning team before moving to the next player. Pause if there is a disputed bid. Review team squads and remaining budgets throughout the session rather than waiting until the auction ends.
What do organisers need to get started?
You need a LeagueCraft account, access to a tournament and the appropriate organiser permissions. Tournament creation and organiser tools require an eligible subscription. Review the available plans inside your account before committing to an event; do not assume all features are free.
A little planning. A great tournament.
